1. Group Swebdesign hereinafter referred to as "contractor" is an association of professional programmers, graphic designers, animators.

2. Customer (hereinafter referred to as a client) to any person or operator applying for the service.

3. The contractor shall be represented by Bartosz Gaj resident in Tychy, Silesia region (full details available to clients)

4. Contractor reserves the right to refuse the service without cause, subject to a 100% refund of fees paid by the customer.

5. Contractor does not perform sites containing content that violates the Polish and international laws and sites containing child pornography and incitement to violence.

6. Contractor charges a fee of 30% of salary as an advance before the relevant work (not positioning).

7. In case of cancellation of services caused by the customer, withholding will not be refunded.

8. In the case of positioning services contractor collects the entire fee before the work begins. This fee is refunded if the positioning does not reach agreed outcomes. For a monthly subscription, the fee is collected once a month and its absence means the termination of service.

9. On the client order contractor shall submit a written contract for work to be signed by both parties.

10. The Contractor shall not issue a VAT invoice. Prices shown on our website does not constitute an offer to trade within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Codes. (Polish law)

11. Customer agrees to processing his personal data by the contractor solely for the purpose of providing Internet services. Customer at any time has the right to inspect and change data.

12. Contractor agrees to comply with the provisions of the Act on Personal Data Protection. Customer agrees to release the web address in the list of selected artists.

13. Contractor has the right to transfer rights and obligations under the Agreement - the contract for a third person or entity, to which you consent.

14. For matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code.

15. Any disputes arising from cooperation with the customer the contractor shall be settled by the courts of jurisdiction over the place of residence of representative of the contractor.
